How this is priced

Annual takes two months off. Move tiers when your run log shows the next one pays for itself — the log states that in hours returned per month, so it is a number you check rather than a feeling you have.

Do you train on my work?

No. Your client list, your prices, your captures and your playbooks live in a workspace you hold the key to, and nothing you store there trains anyone's model. The part that matters more than the promise: confidential work is routed to your own machine by a rule the tuning system is forbidden to change, and a request that arrives without a sensitivity label is treated as the strictest tier there is.

What happens when I hit the ceiling?

The run stops at your number, mid-flight, and the log names the step it stopped on and what it had produced. Raise the ceiling and it resumes from there. Nothing is silently downgraded to a cheaper model to stay under the line — a stop you can see is better than a quality change you cannot.

Can I use my own AI subscription?

Yes. Connect your own provider account and Solleva routes through it; you pay us nothing for that inference. Those calls still carry a price in your ledger — not to bill you, but so the total reads as the real cost of the work rather than the part that happened to be invoiced.

Where does my data actually live?

On the machine you installed Solleva on, in a workspace whose key is yours. Sensitive tiers are answered locally by construction rather than by policy. When shared spaces ship, anything crossing a boundary is wrapped for the person you granted it to, and revoking stops the wrapping and rotates forward.

How do I leave?

One control exports everything as a single archive readable without Solleva — your record, your playbooks, your logs. Delete destroys the key, and the confirmation states exactly which copies that covers rather than implying it covers everything everywhere.

Is the phone extra?

No. It is the same product on a second device, on every tier — one product, one name. Voice notes, ambient help and agents on the go are included, and ambient help is off until you turn it on.

How do I know when to move up a tier?

Read your run log. It states hours returned per month, so the moment the next tier pays for itself is a number you can check rather than a feeling we describe. Move then, and not before.
